Erik manages all facets of our field operations and workforce planning throughout the project lifecycle, from design and VDC to scheduling, construction, and closeout. He collaborates closely with our customers and field leaders to help ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule.

Additionally, Erik oversees the company’s vehicle fleet, warehouse, tool program, and prefabrication shop.

Expertise

Erik has over 25 years of field experience, entering the industry as an Apprentice and progressing to Journeymen Electrician before being quickly promoted to General Foreman. He has been in a leadership role ever since.

Throughout his career, Erik has worked on some of the largest projects in Southern California, including major hospital projects, solar installations, airports, and more. His experience covers nearly all market sectors, making him a valuable asset to our team.

The Personal Side

Erik enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters, as well as spoiling his grandchildren, working on classic cars and DIY projects, and bowling.
