Phil is responsible for managing design-build and design-assist projects, working closely with the design team to develop project budgets, conduct constructability reviews, develop project schedules, and track long lead equipment. He also manages our estimating, virtual design, prefabrication, and marketing departments.

Phil strives for continual improvement of our prefabrication standards, project setup/delivery, and project management guidelines.

Expertise

Phil has over 20 years of experience on some of KDC's largest projects, advancing from supervising field installations as a general foreman to Director of Preconstruction within four years. He has been a dedicated mentor in the field and now brings his skills to our operations. 

His electrical experience includes work in the following sectors: assisted living, Department of Defense, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, tenant improvements, airports, renewable energy, EV infrastructure, hotels, parking structures, and higher education.

The Personal Side

Phil enjoys working with his hands on DIY projects at home, playing racquetball, golfing, and spending time with his family.
