Client Objectives

The Long Beach Container Terminal at Pier E was combining two aging terminals into one of the largest and greenest terminals in the world, and they need electrical infrastructure and systems installation.

Solutions

Our comprehensive solutions included providing crane electrical distribution, and the bus bar system for crane operation, as well as installation of:

  • Electrical infrastructure in 4,000 square feet of wharf
  • High mast lighting poles
  • Department of Water and Power infrastructure
  • Facility entrance
  • Rail and storage yard entrance with track signaling, train, and motion protection
  • 8,000 square feet of new wharf for mooring ships
